David Squire

Previously the proprietor of Pike Place Barber, David Squire moved his one-chair shop out of the Pike Place Market to expand in 2010. Since then he's been building a stellar crew of top-notch barbers and cementing Squire Barbershop among Seattle's very finest. Exceptional classic men's cuts are his specialty.

Bryan Essick

Following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Bryan Essick has barbering deep in his blood. Born and raised in Seattle, Bryan loves salmon fishing, hiking, and boating. Prior to joining Squire in 2010, he sharpened his skills at The Bostonian (Queen Anne) and Clean Cut (Pioneer Square). His barbering skills include stunningly clean fades and classic men's cuts.

Erick Huesca

Straight outta Miami, Erick comes from a family of accomplished Barbers. His father founded Florida Barber Academy where Erick graduated in 2008. Erick speaks English and Spanish, loves basketball (especially the Miami Heat), and specializes in modern twists on classic men's cuts, sharp razor outlines, and traditional hot towel straight razor shaves.

Myles McGehee

A man of many skills, Myles believes that you can't call yourself a barber ‘til you can cut every kind of hair. With a barbering background in Hollywood, he's also worked at Scotch Pine on Queen Anne and Acme on Capitol Hill. His specialties include traditional hot towel razor shaves, in addition to classic men’s cuts.

Andrew began his career at Acme Barbershop on Capitol Hill and joined Squire in 2014. He enjoys doing classic haircuts and traditional hot towel shaves. In addition to his love of barbering, Andrew plays drums with a local hardcore band and will happily talk about hockey, record collecting, and his unhealthy obsession with Morrissey.

Hailing from the small town of Warner Robins, Georgia, Dan found his passion for cutting hair as an infantryman stationed in Colorado. After his exit from the US Army he enrolled in the Barber program at Bates Technical College in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Dan is our newest addition, and has been cutting hair at Squire since May of 2015.

A baseball fan and bass player, Nate has been in Seattle music scene for nearly 17 years. After 15 years at a law firm, Nate decided to break free to pursue his passion for barbering. Nate honed his skills apprenticing under Squire’s talented team, and enjoys classic men’s grooming and helping his clients look good and feel confident.

Poncho Ladinos

Coming from Fort Worth, Texas, Pancho began his barber career at the classic and locally owned Fort Worth Barbershop. There he fine-tuned his classic cuts, beard trims, and hot towel straight razor shaves. Outside of barbering Pancho enjoys drinking craft beer, eating craft food, and listening to your new music recommendations.
